Good morning y'all
I just realized tomorrow is Friday!!!!!
and I can do what I want and when I want until Monday!!!
besides a doc appointment but that's minor!

I'm glade I'm not the only one not posting . working four very long days left me behind in chicken chores read to catch up and am in the middle of cooking a late dinner .  so just thought I'd say Hi and that's all

We finally started turning the corner with the Joaquin cleanup yesterday. Maybe in another day or two we will be far enough along that I can let the boys have it for a few days. Then I can get caught up on my own thread…

Here is my random musing for the day before I get back in the middle of the mess. I never thought I would get to the point in my life where I would be watching Modern Family, where the dad is hatching duck eggs on a desk under a lamp, and say to my wife "that would never work".
By the way, if you have some moral reason for not watching that show, you need to chill out. It's funny as crap

That show is funny. I like it a lot. But I have not seen it in a couple years now.

Parents finally left. 

While here, they decided to buy a house, spent a few days looking at the area, we ran around for two days with the realtor, made an offer, then they made me power of attorney so I can sign all the paperwork.

I'm exhausted.

Miss chatting with everyone. 

Was that the plan, for them to look for a house? Congrats to both of you!! That's great! I could never move now, unless my mom moved too.

That show is funny. I like it a lot. But I have not seen it in a couple years now.

I love checking the tracking for updates and seeing that the eggs are one spot closer!! Lol. Did you know you can have them text you the updates?

Uh-oh... that's a blessing and a curse... OH's parents followed him down here from Chicago... love them to pieces... but since they're so close, they want us over there ALL the time now... :/

Yup, definitely feel mixed about it. They are not in the best of health and if they are here, we can make sure they go shopping and get to Doctor appointments, etc., Unfortunately my mother and I get along better when there are several states between us. Since they are moving into a del Webb community, she should be able to set up a new social empire and be happy. (And leave me alone)

. LOL, I haven't turned the tv on in months, except for a football or baseball game now and then. Glad you found a show that helps you relax!

Yes I prefer to use an app I have. It shows me the same stuff they put online so...it's easier. And I feel that the textING does not work as well.

Now they have to figure out what to do with their mountains of stuff in their huge house in Washington.
