Thanks WV!!! I kno im not Fightin nobody!

Rayvn i drempt about Your calls! I kno, i kno! Im nuts... Almost never remember my dreams either! I only want to take part in the hatching challenge of it for the experience... In my dream i guess i was in your coop, they were nested down all over the place and had to be what i remmeber seeing in your pics because ive never seen ducks like those!

I love Morgan Freeman, but he is not Alex Cross
I have been on a Vince Flynn series for over a year noe. Actually reading the whole Mitch Rapp series for the second time. He's a covert operator for the CIA going after terrorists. It has a strong right wing slant, but the books are great. It makes you watch the world news in a whole new light

No hes not, But i think he portrays the character better than any other actor i can think of, and thats a huge character challenge!

I like your style :cool ! I love books that make me ponder ulterior motives. I look on my shelf because i could swear i have a Rapp book, i have two or three police type right up your alley but all i can find roght now is Clancy.

:D fun stuff! Glad i check in! Off runnin again, but ill be back later!

Geez, yall are making me almost want to pick up a good book again.  I haven't read one in years.  Got on a kick of Patricia Cornwell a while back, guess I need to see what she has written lately.

Those are MY shoes! Its really been like 1 1/2 years, maybe its time?

I read every day. I love a good book. John Grisham's "Calico Joe" actually choked me up a little...

And A Painted House... Lost track of how many times ive devoured that one

Rapp is one of my favorite characters of all time. If you start with "American Assassin", it sets up where he came from

a Painted House was great. All of his non legal books were, like Playing for Pizza.
Speaking of "House" books, have you ever read "The Glass House"? That one hit so close to home it was disturbing. Major daddy issues in that one. A lot of it is set in WV, too

My favorite still has to be the Stand.

I read Patricia Cornwell too and a little Kathy Reichs.

How about Michael Crichton or Robin Cook?

Excellent! I've read a bunch of Crichton too. Don't know Kathy Reichs. Will have to look her up.

I'm loving the Rapp series as much the second time. Really gives you a better understanding about the middle east. The Gabriel Allon series by Daniel Silva is similar, but not as well written.
My wife got me a Nook for our anniversary several years ago, and I love that thing. I've got over 50 books on it

I will have to look up who wrote "The Glass House". Seriously, it disturbed me so badly that I don't even want to give the story line. My aunt recommended it to me, because she knew my story was similar. I told her to never do that again :smack
