Chickens Not Laying

I bought three easter egger hens about a month back. They were born last April and they aren't laying yet. Should I be concerned? Our other hen we already had lays daily. Im new to owning chickens, any advice?

My hens are not laying at this time of year either.
Every time I get a new hen or two, she doesn't lay for a few months, until she settles in.

It's not unusual for pullets not to lay their first winter. Some breeds lay early, some late, some -- not too many, I think -- don't lay at all in the winter. This year, even my "year-round" layers are showing a good deal of reluctance to produce.

They had not laid before you got them?
How do all your birds get along?
Might be both stress from the move and shortening days that are keeping them from laying.
I am assuming you are in the northern hemisphere....so.....
Where in this world are you located?
