Chickens on a slope

Oh, Yeah....all dishes/pans thoroughly scraped(grease too) before reaching sink.
Have never had disposal or dishwasher.

Vaguely recall a curved roofed prefab coop.....wasn't a good design, tho very attractive.
Not sure how to find it.<scratcheshead>
Thanks, I don’t remember anything about it except I thought it was so cute. lol My few chickens will mostly be pets ... with egg benefit.

Well even pets, and their keeper, needs good space and design for access.....the one I'm thinking of had neither...think the roof was hinged.

I have a very simple hoop type coop on a slope. They scratch everything to the low side. So we rake it up weekly and they scratch it down again. I also have cut into the slope to make a platform for a square coop and now have to reinforce the backfill. It's not a problem bring on a slope, just need to make sure perches are horizontal and nesting boxes are not too angled

Be thoughtful in the fencing border going down the slope to keep out predators and keep in chickens. Of course, a HWC apron will help. Good luck!

Was it this one? It is the only curved roof I remember recently.
