There is one thing you can do: open the mouth of each chicken and look inside the mouth for any lesions or anything that looks out of the ordinary and let us know how it looks.

Could be just me but (esp the last two pic’s) looks like they have crusty nares. A sneeze or two could be expected esp. with just building the coop, wind, dust etc. mine do from time to time like snot nosed kids playing in the dirt.
But a cough to me is a bit more concerning because it comes from the chest and should they begin to wease...then you just might have a bigger problem.
If they were mine I’d give them a boost in their water. Some electrolytes and some poultry vitamins (always good to have on hand too). Watch and listen if they don’t improve or the symptoms worsen I’d give them some antibiotics. That’s my advice. Best wishes
