Chickens that dont fly?

Ok - Is there any breed of chicken that wont fly over my fence or into the trees? I dont want to have to clip wings but will If i have too. Are there and really heavy breeds of chickens or really small breeds?

Im tinking that all chickens can fly ( durr ) but it never hurts to ask.

Silkies can jump, but not really fly
Mine get up 2-3 feet when being chased by me...

I've never seen any of my lager birds fly, like my big ol' buff orpingtons. They can get a few feet off the ground but thats about it. I have a 6 ft fence and none of my birds have flown over it. I do think my Ameraucanas could easily get over it but they havent tried... yet.
Silkies dont fly. Like the PP said, mine can jump, but they cannot fly.
