I am so bummed, and so POed, from all teh birds i have and all teh ones that free range and sleep outside, i can not find mt new Gold laced Frizzle cochin bantam

In fact i dont even remember seeing him during coop in, ia m sooo bummed, i looked everywhere, i dont see any trace of anything that something may have gotten him at all.

My daughter just left for her condo and she calls me on the phone and says you better get outside, the chickens you put in that cage in the shed are screaming, so I go out and of course it was screaming, it was laying an egg!

I got a 1 year old layer from Shay yesterday but now have a feeding question. Not sure what to feed everyone!

Would medicated starter/grower feed hurt any possible chicks? How can I even find out if it would, I tried to google. I can buy FLock raiser right now, but would her eating medicated starter feed today do anything bad? Do I need to buy more food ASAP?? What should I do?

Yea i had him in the crate, but i took him out and set him loose with the others, i watched him and he was fine he was eating, thats the last i can remeber of him.

i did look everywhere, i looked back in tehcrate all teh cages, over where i had the pheonix neer the food, in my ducks in teh woods on my porch even in my house.

oh ioh oh as i was typing hubby found him woohoo

he were we looked like a dozen times behind my phoenix pen, i looked there he must have been hideing really good.

Now he is on my porch being spoiled.
