yes you whant to make sure the turkeys poults did not get that shot for cocci.
if got the shot _ not medicated
if shot - medicated

Turkey and game crumbles is what you want to feed them up to 18 weeks old then switch them over to Turkey and Game grower.
DO NOT give them Finisher if your keeping them as pets.
makes them too fat and causes knee and hip issues in pets but is for finishing them off for the table.

EDIT: they are too old now for the medicated and will give you more problems than you want to deal with.

so they dont get the game grower till 18 weeks old? boy i am glad you answered that, i would have given this one game grower.

I checked my label and whew...it is not medicated, but it is pellet form. I am not sure if they will eat that. Dont know why, but I think I have mentally defunct chickens, they prefer crumbles over pellets and I end up with more wasted feed.

Ohh Ohhh Ohhh! I will take one! I can't make it to the Milford swap but I can come to you or meet you. How old are they?

Their hatch date is March 3rd. I want to bring them to Milford to see if someone can help me figure out if they are hens or toms or whatever! LOLThen I can hold one for you if I do have 2 hens!

Ohhhhhh ok gotcha. Thank you!

It's the first swap I've gone to that I didn't come home with any new chicks but boy was I tempted! Sold my last two East Indie ducklings, Serama roo and a birchen bantam cochin pullet as well as Darbella taking home my sweet little Pyncheon chick (thanks Darbella!) so was a good day with sales too

Melyssa (my daughter) very much enjoyed the hot dogs and had 3

I have one of the few long-standing Nankin flocks in Eastern Mass., so if anyone is looking to get a breeding flock together, I will have some Nankin pairs for the next swap too. So, if Tammie brings her 2, and you get a pair or 2 of mine, you'll be good to go! I have never publicly sold/swapped Nankins, only have donated some to non-profit heritage "living" museums (the Gore Estate museum/farm in Waltham has some of my birds). I'd like to see more people raise Nankins. They are great little birds.

They're tiny bantam chickens. Check them out on feathersite.
