If they never lay an egg or raise a clutch of babes, I will still be happy with them, they are just so adorable.
They havve a place of honor right near the door, everyone who has come in has stopped stared and asked what breed they are, these are birds no one sees very often.
maybe I can generate more interest in the little birds, and they are so quiet I still have yet to hear the little guy crow, I am dying to hear it.

She will co and chatter to you like a parrot and he did the same when I had him here, but the funny thing was, when I tried to put him with her when Tammie had given him to me, she beat the crap out of him. Of course he was much smaller then, half the size he is now!

Just a reminder,
when buying hatching eggs, and if your NPIP'd be sure to check the NPIP status of the person you are buying eggs from.
if they do not have an NPIP card or it has lapsed and you buy eggs, the NPIP testing you had done is Null and Voided.
I have found out recently that there are people selling hatching eggs with no NPIP testing done.
Why risk your flock or have to have the state back out for restests wasting everyones time and removing time for new tests to be schedualed.
