When I happened upon the couple, they were located in the back lot, and had a small group of cages on display. There were Doms, and a cage of BBS Silkies of various ages. It was early in the day, so perhaps they moved? They may have said they were from NH? Thanks again for any info!

Go babies go!

I just finished my last hatch of the season yesterday. Some BBS bantam faverolles eggs and a few more F1s from my Coro Sussex x black faverolles cross. I was surprised to see these.

Apparently the black split for lavender silkie pullet I had been holding for Wendy was laying, and my neighbor mistakenly put her in my blue favs. Not sure yet if they're crosses but they sure have enough of a topknot and heavy foot feathering to make me think that maybe they're pure silkie.

Here is a group shot.
