Chickenstock fiesta yardsale August 21

By the first chickenstock i will have some bunny for sale.
2 lavenders, 1 torte, 1 chocolate and 1 blue not sure on sexes yet, these are mini rex.
and 4 mini rex crosses lion heads, black and white, they look like dalmations sooo cute.

So does anyone else have a Houdini hen? No matter what you do she manages to escape? First I confined her to our 12x16 shed with some friends. I would open the window about 6" to let some air in, and she kept getting out. I opened the top of the window instead and she managed somehow to get out of that. So I put her instead in a 6x12 kennel run. Up and over that. I tried putting a couple of overlapping tarps over it to see if that could confine her. She's out again!! Has she figured out how to teleport? Dig tunnels? Open the door? Reminds me of the movie Chicken Run, with all the escape attempts. I've never had a bird so determined to get out and free range.

my Dottie did that last year shortly after i got her from Henry. she nearly killed me when i tried to chase her up the ladder into my garage loft and the ladder slipped out from under me!

my young fav roo Pixwell seems to be escaping out of my garage coop area and getting loose to run free in the rest of the garage! good thing he sees me and comes running looking for treats!

This particular one is half Fav/half Sussex, one of only 2 project hens I have left. What a stinker. She's decided to sleep under the coop tonight so I can't catch her when it gets dark. Ugh.​

That's what I was thinking. OMG it's still snowing out there and we were only supposed to get 1-4", we already have that. That Rodent lied is all I can say

Bring on the mud!!!! Shoveled it with snow tonight, well at least it got sanded at the same time. I have had enough of this white stuff....
