That was a Samoyed, right? Their undercoat is so soft, almost like angora! Hand spinners love it!
Yep! It is a Samoyed!

^^this is the girl that I got to groom! They taught me how to brush product through her coat (water, then dry shampoo, then bodifier), how to dry her properly in a way that both makes sure she’s dry all the way through and also makes her coat lay flat, and also how to brush her coat properly.

Great Danes are so big in person! I forget how tall they are!
The girl in the turquoise also showed that dog in juniors (open intermediate, I believe)

Their coat is actually used for spinning, apparently it is like angora. If I get a samoyed it will be interesting to see how it compares to angora

Its part of the reason why my mother wants a samoyed

I love all the pics!!!

I would never have a long haired, fluffy coated dog myself, as where we live, it would need constant care. I know I would just not be able to keep up with it. But I sure do LOVE to see all the pic of them when they are well groomed and beautiful.

A coworker brought her Great Dane into work one day to meet everyone. It really startled the woman at the front counter when she looked up, and the dog looked right back at her over the (high) counter! :gig
