Well I have ordered eggs in the past plenty of times but I have never shipping live chicks. Well today my first order of shipped chicks arrived 25 Partridge Plymouth rock chicks from Natures hatchery! & 7 went to a lady I split the order with. And my BO who has been broody for 4 months I have tried letting her hatch eggs and stop her broodiness is finally a mama. I covered her nest box with a towel last night so it would stay dark by the time I got there in the morning from the post office with the chicks, I had my husbands big leather gloves and a sweatshirt on and gave her all 17 chicks and I swear she is purring now like a cat with her wings bulging with chicks I can't see a single toe from those chicks!
