Chicks arrived this morning

I picked them up at 7:30 am and they were all alive (26 of them)! They are California Whites, Buff Orpingtons, Easter Eggers, Barred Rocks, Silver Laced Wyandottes and Gold Stars.

Congartulations! Where did you order them from? I ordered mine from Hoovers and got everything you did except the Californias and buffs. Also got mine this morning. Got 28 and 1 was smushed

Yay! I can pick out the slw's! I have Silver Laced Wyandottes and Buff Orpingtons .... but I am a bad newbie mom. We lost one already. I am hiding her from the human babies in the freezer in a ziplock until they go to sleep. Is there anything I should consider with this plan?

Mine are 13 days old and already they look sooooo much bigger than yours, enjoy them now, just like kids they grow sooo quickly!
