EE's don't always look like the same color - I have one who is a white marble splash bantam ee and another who is kind of blonde splashed with rust. Really beautiful - except they are both roos. One of which (I call them the brothers Grimm) got into my bantam cochins and conceived a wee cochin/ee mix. imagine my surprised when my black cochin hatched a blonde baby. It is the talk of the chicken run!!!! Looks like your little yellow ones except with yellow feet.

Thanks everyone! They are really cute to watch.

One thing I noticed that is really funny is how they sleep. They will walk under the heat lamp and look to be drunk. They just drop their head and look to nod off, all in a row. They sleep for what seems like 5 minutes until one of the other wakes up and walks over the others. It is very comical to watch. The same is true when they eat and drink. They look to play follow the leader.

3 days old and I'm hooked!!

Started to build the coop, using the Purina plans and so far very easy to follow.
I got a little ahead of myself and did not take pics from the very beginning. Before I knew it I had the floor build, and the uprights done. Took some pics of the them and will post soon.
