Chicks back legs are too far forward?!

A dog killed 8 of my birds 3 of which were laying hens. Long story short, I incubated my eggs I had left from them, all but one chatched. All okay except one black one, it's legs look like there too far forward and he can't walk he just shuffles... he's not sprawled legged and he's eating and drinking, I just don't know how to help him! Please help!

Hope the chick will be okay. I can't picture how the legs are. Maybe if you posted a photo we could offer suggestions.
