Hi,
Ok so I don’t know if this is a big deal or not so that’s why I’m here to find out.
My chick who has a slipped tendon was just hanging in a sock for four days. I checked on him all the time to make sure he was ok, and he always was. Well today we took him and his brother/sister out of the socks and it seems like his wing and or feathers are growing wrong. I think it’s because he was flapping trying to get out of the sock and his wing was stuck in that position for the whole time. My question is, is it ok that it’s like this? Pictures below.
Also, his leg isn’t getting better. Is there anything else I can do for him? His quality of life is fine besides the leg. He’s the sweetest chick, always has been. He’s the only one that likes me holding him out of the seven I have. Putting him down is the last resort. Thanks I’m advance :)

Is it just the feathers or his wing that grow like that? If it’s just his feathers he will eventually molt and they will grow back in. They would probably grow back in normal. The feathers might settle back as he gets older too.

I think it’s just his feathers now that I’m looking at it again. Thank you!
