Chicks hace huge lumps on chest. No pun intended

I have about 20 chicks who have huge lumps on there chests. I don't know if maube its there gizzards or something worse but they all have it. I feed them millworm snacks a lot and throw them bread sometimes but idk what's wrong

Lumps on chests are most likely a full crop. That's where they hold their food during the first stage of digestion. It should fill and empty as they eat. Are you feeding your chicks grit also, or do they have access to the ground? they need some type of grit or sand to help properly digest most feeds besides commercial feed, they certainly need it to digest mealworms.
