chicks have started hiccuping and making strange sounds

My 3 to 4 months old golden comet chicks have started to hiccup/cough( i don't know) and their beaks have turned red also.. Plz help

Hi! I'm not very experienced with chicken health issues, but if you answer a few questions I think other folks would have better advice for you.

- how many chicks do you have?
- do you have other chickens, too?
- what do you feed them?
- coop/run set up (dimensions too)
- Roughly where in the world do you live? (matters in terms of climate and likely ailments)
