Yesterday sunday april 27 7 chicks hatched in my teachers classroom. Right now they all wiegh about 40 g. They are half ameracauna and they are so cute!

Hi,
Just a thought . If the chicks are going to be in the classroom they are probably going to be stressed. A side project for the kids education and the chick's strong start. Buy a 4 oz. bottle of Poultry Nutri-Drench or Pet Nutri-Drops. It is a wonderful nutritional supplement for baby chicks. Doesn't need to be digested. Mainlines directly into the bloodstream, 50% uptake in 10-15 minutes. 99% uptake in 30 minutes. See the URL below for a fuller explanation, post one :

It's a great way to show the kids even chicks need vitamins, just like kids! You can give each chick one drop. Or put it in their water. Both formulas can be used interchangeably using the dosage and usage instruction in the URL above, per a conversation with the science techs at Bovidr Labs which makes both formulas.
Best Regards,
Karen in western PA
