Hello! Quick question - I have three week old chicks and I’ve noticed that one in particular is jumping on top of/trying to stand on the other ones? I’m not sure if she’s just being mean or playing or if this is a normal thing? Thank you in advance!!

It sounds normal to me

Chicks will also jump on their waterer, feeder, anything else in their pen, the top edge of the brooder, maybe your hand, etc. For chicks raised by a broody hen, they also spend lots of time jumping on and off her back, or just standing up there.

If you want you could put a branch or stick in the brooder for them to play on.
I brood in cardboard box so it's easy for me to cut holes in opposite sides of the box and slide a section of broom handle through.
Once they get accustomed to it, It turns into a great game for them to play, like king of the mountain.
