Chicks Outside in AZ?

Well I was going to get bedding but it was cheaper to use paper sacks. So far none have slipped or gotten splayed leg.

No offense, but it's cheaper & less painful (for both you & the chicks) to prevent it than to deal with it once they got it. You can get 50 lbs of straw for less than $10, it goes a long way.
