They really need to get out of that bucket. I know you're trying to make it work, but it's not a safe brooder. The heat lamp alone is going to cook them. Plastic does not allow heat to escape.
Do I remove the heat lamp?

It would be alright if it had a bird cage top or something, but all the way around there's nowhere for air flow to get in. I've seen rats get cooked like this in my old garage during summer.

she doesn't have a thermometer😕 so I'm not sure if she knows
Can I remove the heat lamp. This is my only box I have in hand right now there is no other boxes
 
Well, you may at least need to turn if off for a little while anyway until you can figure something out or you are going to cook them. But, you need to figure it out so you can use the heat source too.
