Chicks sleeping on back?

Do your new chicks sleep on their back? The first time I saw it I thought I had 3 dead babies, but nope they just like to sleep like that

then the others sleep on their side with their legs sticking out, it is soooooooo cute

Just wait until you see a full crop after they eat too much or a good dustbath.

Yep the first time I saw my older girl bath I thought she had broke her back she was flopping around so much

Then next time my DD comes running in "Mom Charlie is sick she is dying" good thing I was already prepared

My heart still skips a beat when I see my favorite roo laying in the middle of the yard with one leg in the air and wings flapping.

And he has been doing it for over a year.

I noticed my chicks seem to spread out and sleep on their sides or backs when the temp is just right.
