chicks slipping on ramp into roosting area

How do I fix this? They're only 3 weeks old though. Will they get used to it or should I fix it? There are bars on the ramp but they still slip.

Do you have a picture of the ramp? It may need the bars spaced more closely or perhaps the angle is too steep. A picture would help us assess the problem

Thanks. The angle of the ramp is fine, but the bars are spaced too far apart. You need to attach another bar halfway between each of those already on the ramp. This should fix your problem.

Also, the bars look pretty flat. I would use bars at least 3/4" high.
