BTW- the 2 new Silkie chicks hatched in the house are in the brooder box with Petunia, Penelope, Punky and Ranger now. Seem to be getting along pretty good. They are now named Stephanie and Lula...after the Janet Evanovich number books. I'm going to keep going with those names- Ranger started out as the Lone Ranger, but its a dark beautiful chick so Evanovich's character Ranger works too. Will take new pics today.
