Hi I'm new at raising chicks. I got these 6 chicks from TSC about 5 days ago. The lady didn't seem to know a lot about the breed of them. Could someone please help me unify the breeds I got? The blacks ones are all the same breed.

Barred Rock or male black sexlink, a Leghorn cross, and something Lavender/Self-blue.
The black ones are all females. The two yellowish looking ones we don't know the sex. Tried to find pictures.

Do keep in mind, even with those sold as sexed pullets (females) there is a10-15% chance of getting a male
From what I have read on how to tell females from males with through wings they all look like females. I will keep that in mind. I was just curious what breed they was.

Feather sexing is not universal, and would not be applicable to these chicks

So it's just a waiting game to see if I get all females. The two yellowish colored ones are suppose to be two different breeds of chickens. At what age does the males start to grow their crown I think it's called?

The grayish yellow chick has feathers going down it's feet which is usually to me since I have never seen chickens with it. Is that a type of breed?
