Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Leah kept hugging him until she was done sobbing, which wasn’t for too much longer. She smiled at his joke, glad the focus was off of her crying, but a bit set back:she realized he didn’t take emotions very well. Oh well, she wasn’t about to go judging the person who had met her, then decided to hang out with her when no one else wanted to. She giggled “I think I’ll like all of them.”

William smiled down at her as she pulled back from her hug. He reached out and brushed a few stray tears from her cheek and gave her a smile. "There, can't have tears on such a pretty face. As for what to do how bout we check out the basketball court first. I haven't played in ages and I am curious to see just how bad you are at it. Who knows maybe I will be a worse player then you!" He said with a chuckle, he couldn't remember the last time he had played was and he wanted to start off with something she enjoyed. Even if she wasn't good he thought it might cheer her up a bit.

Victor stood up as the teacher began losing remarks, and left, not caring if he got in trouble. He exited the room, looking around for a place to go by himself.
Lucy watched him go, concern on her face, but she didn't try following. He would probably want to be alone to sort through whatever was troubling him. As the teacher wrapped up the lecture and assignments, she stood and gathered her stuff to make a hasty departure before someone stopped her.

"You really like that dude, don't ya," Allen muttered as he watched her play. He moved the pawn forward to free his right bishop's path.

Haley chuckled lightly. "Aren't you the gentlemen," she said appreciatively. "Breakfast—which was fantastic, by the way—and now a kettle? I think I shall keep you," she teased.

Ares clearly wasn't listening to the lecture and he didn't even pretend to. He kept glancing Alexis' way and Dimitri's as well, once he quit glaring at him. It was a challenge now, one he would accept eagerly. School was nice and all, but he'd always been better with the girls than the books anyway.
( @NickyKnack resurfacing this for when you're ready)

Donella sighed and shrugged "Well, there is one other choice, sit up here until someone else comes to the roof." She said then shrugged and laid back down.
Zaine frowned at that option. He had no intent to sit out here helplessly--for what, six hours?--until Dimitri and Alexis maybe came up here for dinner? Not likely that any other people would know of this. Crossing his arms, he leaned against the stairwell wall and looked around. Yeah, he could fly down, but Andorra was right, the door would be locked. "No one here has a lock pick?" He murmured under his breath, joking of course.

When she tired of the beam, Samantha dismounted and headed for the bars. She was more confident here, and it was more enjoyable, too. Made doubly so by the tunes she now went to on her iPod. Pulling her hair up into a ponytail, she inserted her earbuds and turned the music up loud, locking herself in her own inner world as she worked. A good many of the hybrids were natural climbers and gymnasts with their particular given DNA, so she prided herself on her own developed skills that she had built in the years here and before. The EP faded out as it finished and she was about to select something new when she remembered her appointment. She dropped to the ground and checked the time. A good deal past. Did Atalanta even remember it herself? Samantha shook her head. Either way, it was way past, so she would just send a message and get back to her later.
Samantha waited until she received a simple thumbs-up from Atalanta, having suggested they move the appointment to tomorrow, then headed for the doors that led to the pool. She slid her gaze towards Liam to confirm that he was even in here still, then moved towards the benches along the far wall, smirking slightly. Slipping her heeled boots off, she set them aside and dropped her iPod and earbuds into one for safekeeping then stepped up to the edge of the massive pool. She surveyed the room quickly, taking in who was here and what they were doing, then made a near perfect dive into the cool water. She considered it too much trouble to bother with going to change. After all, she was here already, and her tank top, shorts and leggings would be just fine.

Donella sighed and stood, walking over in her human form as she reached up to her hair to pull out a
bobby pin "Yes, in a way" She said then looked up at him again "Unless you think you could carry me down? I know there has to be a way in since I could smell fresh air inside, even last night."

Victor left for the city, daring to do what no one had done before.

(Just couldn't stay away could you. ;) )

Liam figured he had worked out his issues and was slowing in his laps. He had just made a turn at one wall and was headed back over when he noticed Sam diving into the pool. He pulled up short of where she dove in and pulled his goggles off his eyes to better look at her. As she surfaced he gave her a easy smile, "Nice form." He commented on her dive, he bet she would be fast in the water too with her frame.
