Child At Heart, Monster By Nature (A Shape Shifting RP)

Alastor took that information in and was a bit surprised when he watched Laurel ran off to assist Leverett. He looked to Eric curiously before he hurried along as well.

Leverett looked up at Laurel with relief and appreciation. "Oh, thank you! I'm glad you came along. I thought I would be stuck here for some time. You are an angel of Mercy...umm, what is your name? I'm called Leverett. " He said with a grin.

"I'm Laurel." Her smiled was accompanied by a pink tint that flooded her cheeks at Leverett's flattering words. She didn't consider herself as highly as he did; but merely felt compassion for the man , and wanted to comfort him in the same way she longed to be comforted by the people surrounding her after she was beaten by her father instead of them pretending it didn't happen as they always had.

Ashton held up her phone and scrolled through her Playlist again, changing her current choice. She then leaned her head against the seat and closed her eyes to enjoy the music better. Dismissing Anuerin from he attention.

Anuerin sat in silence as he studied his father. He was sure, by his father's disposition, that they hadn't yet found Amaryllis and Haley, but his fears persuaded him to think otherwise.

Haley paced the small space behind the dumpster. When the minute was up, she held a hand out to help Amaryllis up. "We've got to go," she said regretfully.

Amaryllis took Haley's hand and was raised to her feet. She looked around the corner of the alley hoping to see the boys. She felt bad for asking them for help, and then to disapear on them.

Haley turned to exit their hiding spot when Pete suddenly appeared.
"Here," he said in a hushed voice as he shoved a plastic grocery bag towards Amaryllis. "It's all I could get. Me mum just got home so I've got to go before she realizes I'm gone," he apologized. He glanced nervously around and before Haley could say anything or introduce herself, he had slipped away.

Amaryllis dragged herself out from behind the dumpster, eager to thank Pete, but he was already gone. She took the bag of food from Haley, smiling, and tucked it inside the backpack.

(Silkie, your not the only rper who is keeping secrets, Nicky and I have planned something and we can't tell you what :somad :plbb)

"Well you're safe with me. They'd have to come through me to get to you. I'm not the biggest cat on the block, but I'm proud to say I'm friends with him. So look out bad people hear use roar! Wait, cheetahs can't roar either. Hear.... wait, can tigers roar?" Andorra said with consideration.

Donella chuckled and nodded. "They don't usually roar at other species, but do roar at other tigers."

The coffee sloshed over the edge of the cup, covering both the hunter and Dyrus with the warm liquid. "Woah!! Cool it man, I, I don't know who you're talking about!!" The man said, honestly at the moment for he didn't realize the angry man was referring to the two females who had come by yesterday. Realization struck immediately after, though, and he regretted his unthought out answer. "Wait, wait, yes. The two girls that come by yesterday??" He asked frantically.

Vasper skilfully rescued what remained of the mans coffee by taking the mug from the man's hands. "How'd you know I wanted coffee. Thanks! I didn't mind if I do." He said brightly before taking a good long drink from it. He frowned and spit it back in the mug. "Instant?! That's just nasty! " He complained.

Dyrus nodded slowly to the man's question, "Yes, those girls. Tell me everything. Oh, and just a little heads up, I can smell if you're lying to me. It smells just like burnt sugar. I hate that smell. " He replied darkly.

"You're named after the sacred tree favored by Apollo. Its leaves were used to form crowns that graced the heads of heroes, scholars and poets. But most importantly, a symbol of triumph in Rome and Greece. Your name suits you well mademoiselle." Leverett surmised aloud.

Alastor slowed as they approached. He knelt down to look at the angle of the arm quietly.
