Haley looked over his shoulder in search of one. "Well then," she said quietly, drawing back to look him in the face, "I better give them something worth witnessing." Grinning, she pulled him forward by the edge of his sleeve and kissed him square on the mouth.

Amara recoiled a bit when her hand brushed his while going for a book. "Uh, Amara." She replied in a sort of mumble as she stood up again. She was wary of him and felt unsure what to do, he almost seemed to be putting on an act. She looked up and down the hall to see if there was something she could use to get out of the situation without being overly rude.

"Pleasure to meet you, Amara," Ares said, inclining his head byway of greeting. He stacked the fallen books but didn't hand them over immediately. "You don't have a bag for them?" He asked, glancing around.

Adrian rolled his eyes dramatically but smiled. When she fell behind him he wondered curiously what she was doing until he felt her grab onto his shoulders as she jumped onto his back. He looped his arms under her legs to better carry her, her weight was nothing to him. However when she purred in his ear a shudder ran down his back as he tightened his grip on her. "Better be careful back there, I am the one carrying you. And I will see if they have ice cream when we get there." He replied his voice a bit husky, why did she have to torment him like this. Oh who was he kidding he loved it.

" And here I thought I was riding you, my sexy pizza making stallion." Willow said as she nibbled on his earlobe with gentle teeth.

"It won't affect him, sweetie," Atalanta said. She leaned back against the wall, crossing her legs to get comfortable. "If you touch him, you'll find yourself in a bad position."

So, he left her no choice. Lucy huffed and took off after him. Good thing he wasn't a giant like some of the guys here; her little legs wouldn't get her very far in that case.

Iris humphed, pretending to pout “And I thought my powers were cool.”

Victor kept on running, not tiring even though they had run for miles. He was very fit, and while he wasn’t huge, he was strong and agile, so it wasn’t a problem for him to run long distances. He checked back for her, making sure she was there. He stopped after about thirty minutes, asking “so can carry you whenever you get tired?”

Nova smiled then shrugged "My favorite place is the roof, but it has bad memories too. Maybe just a walk in the woods? Or to the beach? Or go check on Leverette and see if he's awoken yet?"

"A walk then?" He asked pleasantly for confirmation. Anuerin didn't know if he had his father's permission to come and go as he wished, but right now he didn't care about what would happen afterwards. If he stayed here he would be taken to a darker place, and visiting Leverett would further that state if he was reminded of how Leverett had been another person he'd shut out.

Gideon laughed at that and shook his head with merriment. "I suppose so. As good as anyone who sings can I guess. You didn't bolt, so it must have been spotted on." He said with a shrug.

"So where shall we start?" Amaryllis asked eagerly as she turned towards the bookshelves.
