Hatching question .. Thursday the 12th is day 16 .. When do I turn the turner off? Tomorrow or Wednesday ?

I've been told lockdown day 15.

Lockdown for button quail eggs is day 13. For coturnix is day 14.

They are sold already .. The people wanted to take them before I even had them out of the incubator.. How much do you sell them for? Do colors matter?
