Chinese New Year Hatch/February 3 2011

The sun came out today!! I actually got some chicken yard work done! My mood has lifted, too.

I have some eggs coming from an eBay auction, and maybe some more from a BYC auction, so I'll be ready to set eggs for the CNY Hatch.

I should be outside until the sun sets, but I'm kinda winded. Getting over a cold, and, frankly, I tire easily. It's actually up to 45 degrees here, now. It was 39 HIGH yesterday and the day before; c'mon, this is CALIFORNIA's Central Valley, not the Sierras!

I'm freezing. When I moved here from the Bay Area I was thinking heat. No cold winds off the Bay, just at least enough heat to keep my old bones from freezing.

I'm losing my mind.

I had a hatch on Dec 6 or 9th???

Only got 4 to hatch and lost one.

I have 3 BOs here and I've been looking off and on for hours and can't for the life of me remember where they came from.

I've checked auctions and pms and emails. I'm lost! I'm pretty sure I let the breeder know, but I'm stumped. Now I have no idea what the lines are.

I should have my eggs Monday or Tuesday as both people sent them on Friday.... WOOT!!!!

I set 36 of my silkie eggs Friday.. I couldn't wait any longer. My NY hatch chick that waited until Wednesday to hatch put me a week behind already. But I would like to hang out with ya'll if it's ok.. I have had withdrawals not talking with everybody as much since that hatch was over... It's pretty dead over on that thread.


Side note to Debiraymond... My camera will take multiple pics per minute. Just had to play with it to find the setting..!!

Oh honey when I first got my camera, it was all I could to take a simple picture. Canon Rebel xTi 10.2 MP. It does more than my computer can.
