I wouldn't keep 2 pairs in the same aviary, unless it's downright huge - and even then I'd be very careful doing it. One roo is very likely to bully the other and it will stress everyone - and stress is not good for breeding.
A picture of the aviary would help, but in general - make sure they have some dark corners. Mine usually make their nest behind spruce branches I place in the corners. They'll probably like hay or shavings as nesting material in these corners. And they need around 14 hours of daylight - sometimes a little less might be enough - to lay, if you don't have that you'll likely have to wait till you do.
Other than that, make sure you feed them correctly ~24% protein and give them crushed oyster shell or similar in a separate bowl for calcium.
