We have a trio of solid chocolate Muscovy. One just hatched a bunch of babies and one is bright yellow. The others are correctly marked for chocolates.
Are pastel ducklings yellow? Is there some other recessive trait that can pop up as a yellow duckling?
We had a lavender drake years ago but culled down to this trio. Maybe his genes are popping up?
