Chocolate Orpington gender concerns

Here’s my two chocolate Orpingtons almost 20 weeks - Willow and Swetpea. Willow has always looked like a hen, but seriously… these tail feathers!!! Compared to Sweetpea, there’s only a couple feathers sticking up. Also in this photo take a look at her neck feathers. Should I be concerned? She never had the red comb and wattles like *Sweetpea *(correction) until now, but they are both mature and Sweetpea is already checking out the nesting boxes. what do ya think?

Hope not! No crow and not assertive behavior, but the neck and tail feathers!!

Yes both pullets, almost ready to lay. Male chickens at 20 weeks would have male specific feathering and much larger combs and wattles.
