Chocolate Orpington gender concerns

Here’s my two chocolate Orpingtons almost 20 weeks - Willow and Swetpea. Willow has always looked like a hen, but seriously… these tail feathers!!! Compared to Sweetpea, there’s only a couple feathers sticking up. Also in this photo take a look at her neck feathers. 😳Should I be concerned? She never had the red comb and wattles like *Sweetpea *(correction) until now, but they are both mature and Sweetpea is already checking out the nesting boxes. 🤔 what do ya think?
