I'm not trying to go nuts with colors. I'm actually trying to rid my flock of mottling. I want the chocolate in my buffs to tone down the black, but it doesn't do my wheatens any favors.

I hear you juliette! i won't let it get like that. but it would be easy to just go for the gusto . my wife would tell you it is a obsession. lol

but she has no idea!

if i could it would be all about my birds . they mean alot to me but my family and work must come frist

or i would never be able to enjoy them and care for them the way i do spoiled! little brids . i'll do my best to keep the seramas in check.

So I am once again chocolate serama-less....my friend decided he wanted her for his flock. Since he gave me the eggs (I saved them from the trash this winter) and does several things for me like carting me around to chicken shows, I couldn't say no

Hopefully he will share once he gets a good base set up.
