I have one chocolate chick that is around 1.5 months old.. I think it is a pullet it sure looks like one. It is from the origional breeders that i got from Grady.. I think she/he is one of the best looking chicks i have. It came from my pumpkin roo and my doubble laced hen. I can get some picks but this chick will be available in lets say one month!!

I finally got a few pics of the one chocolate pullet I have. I hatched her from an egg my friend gave me. He apparently has a rooster who carries chocolate since all the chocolates he has hatched are pullets. Hopefully he has swapped the chocolate girls out to be with that roo so he can get some chocolate boys!

She has a little bit of barring on the front of her neck but otherwise she is solid except for the 'straw' markings that I've seen on other chocolates.

I'd really like some input from the color gurus here...One of my boys from my Christmas Hatch has some very interesting coloration. At first I thought he might be a splash with red leakage, but I recently saw a color chart that had a picture of a Blue Pyle, something I didn't know existed before, and thought, Hmmmmm, could he possibly be a Blue Pyle? The father consistently throws blues, but "Precious" is a very light silver-blue with a few grey streaks, along with the red color. It would be really neat if he were a Blue Pyle (it just sounds so different), but I know the odds are that he's probably just an oddball mix of genes! But, I would really appreciate some feedback as to what he would be called! Pictures are unposed in the yard...

Thanks!
