maybe chocolate with buff lace or pinceling that would be my guess? very nice looking little bird i like these off colors they are so cool and different!

I haven't a clue. Truth is, it may have several genes for color so the phenotype (what you're seeing) can really be different than the genotype (what the color is genetically). All I can say is do it again,

Chocolate laced + mottled wheaten! Of course, she may not stay this color, but she sure is pretty now!

i just love all the cool colorers. i hope some of my chicks turn out with cool colorers. if not i'll keep hatching till i get one with cool colorers ya thats what i'll do.!

The first ever all Serama show in California will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Collier Park in Ramona, CA. This will be a double show , both with table top judging. Judging begins at 10::00 am sharp. This is guaranteed to be the largest gathering of Serama and Serama enthusiasts in the state! Junior exhibitor classes will be included in addition to silkied and frizzled Serama classes. There will be birds for sale, crafts, a BBQ and raffle table!

Anyone wishing to bring birds for sale, any breed will be accepted! Please contact Cara Hamer at [email protected].
