out of 15 eggs that I set on the 6th, 2 are making their way out. 1 was a quitter and the other 12 weren't fertile.

Should I just give up on this batch? They've been in since the 30th of November, but I'm still not having anything hatch. Maybe I should wait until the first?

I just assisted six chicks. The humidity went haywire and they all got to a point of needing the help. I even had to pip externally AND internally on one of them. They are all doing great now, I'll try to post pics tomorrow. Great test of patience, spent the last twenty four hours nibbling away at them eggs!!

I did the float test. Out of ten eggs, nine looked to be viable. So I'll give them a couple more days.

Here's the fluffy friend I made her , I do have a youth leghorn/silky mix pullet in with her for company, u can see her feathers in this pic too, looking at her comb Im guessing my leghorn fathered her.

Pic update My Miricle is now 6 weeks oldish and is looking like a RIR, here are her brother and sister from my second hatch.
