Ok, so I'm a bad girl today....

I know I have a big check coming in the mail this week, so I went shopping (just a little) this morning.

I bought a new Christmas tree, and a few ornaments. I saw this really nice patio set on sale for 60 bucks less than regular price - almost bought it, but figured I'd better consult with hubby on that one (it is nice, oversized and padded and will match what we already have, though... I have a huge (20X30) back deck to decorate...)

I also bought some new bathroom rugs for our bathroom (since Kitty had accidents left and right towards the end, there, I didn't even want to try washing the old ones...) and I lucked out and found three snoods

(Been looking for those, have had a hard time finding them - imagine that - nobody wears a snood anymore

).

It is still raining - so I guess I'll do some more cleaning today getting ready for the family to come home for Thanksgiving/Christmas. Not that my house is a pig sty

but after a long busy summer outdoors working I let a few things go. (got dusty cobwebs anyone?)

16 years ago my son was born ON Christmas night. I am freaking out trying to figure out what to do for his 16 Birthday. Its a special one all the others were kinda easy but this year I,m stummped... I dont want Christmas to come. We did get him a 1990 Toyota truck but you guys have any ideas for a Birthday party for a 16 year old boy HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have to buy Christmas and Birthday presents But he loves that he was born on Christmas he tells everyone he shares his day with Jesus

Hmmm.I don't know what to give my family for Christmas.Maybe I could get my parents another flashlight since someone broke the old one.Or that could be my dad's gift,and I ccould get my mom a new can of perfume.My brother?Another lion model,of course.Well,that pretty much coveres everyone.My grandma and disabled uncle usually come up for Christmas,so maybe I could get Uncle Jay a fake gun...? (He loves toy guns.I used to be scared to death of him until I realized that the guns he held were fake,and that he wouldn't harm me anyway.)Grandma?I really dunno.I gave her a keepsake ornament last year,so that's out of the questin.
