It is a little late now but I am cooking for 1 1/2. Last year I got a turkey breat tenderloin pounded it out filled with stuffing rolled it up to bake. This year I was going to do the tenderloin under the stuffing like the chicken stuffing casserole I make, but I found a honeysuckel white tenderloin all ready seasoned and I got and will make the stuffing on the side. I hope to make this but we just ate pizza for lunch so we will see. Wish I had bought myself some ice cream, my son wanted me to make pie and that just ain't gonna happen today. We are going to see tangled tonight.
