Christmas gift recommendations? Christmas thread!

No decorations are up yet, but I might have convinced my parents to get a REAL Christmas tree! I hope they say yes, but we would have to get in in a few weeks.

We are in between another move, so we won't be able to get it until a few days before Christmas. A local neighbor sells them every year and I have wanted one for a while! But yes, very excited!

i went and cut ours down a few days after thanksgiving. i’ve always had real trees, and i’m glad i can keep it going for my son now.

Asking for some recommendations for family gift ideas:

-Kitchen ideas; What kitchen tools and gadgets are your favorite?
-Toddler gifts; What toys do your toddlers and young children (3-4 yrs) enjoy the most?
-Gifts that teenagers would love?
-Entertainment gift ideas?


Did you guys start decorating for Christmas? We just put up our tree today, still haven't had time to decorate though. We went to a farm where you can find a tree growing, and pick one you like, then you get to cut it down yourself. I find the ones that are freshly cut last much longer than pre-cut ones, and they "shed" much less!

We also are thinking about getting some light up deer for our front lawn. Does anyone have these? Which ones are your favorites? Do they last long?

Ooh! I already have my Christmas tree set up! One of the first I guess. We set it up Nov.15 Just in time for my sister’s birthday.

the only thing I would like for Christmas is a better Rubik’s cube. That’s it.
I dint think we ever did secret Santa, but I would love to try!

We like to do real ones as well. Never had a fake one. Ever.

Your tree looks great! Ours is a little bare... and it didn't fit in our house (too tall) so we had to cut a bit off the top, which kind of make it looks awkward lol

I think that make-up, for a teen girl would be good, like a lip gloss, a monopoly game for little kids, and for a teen boy, something like a drone.

I'd love a drone, and hate make up, and I'm a girl.
