Christmas Setting?

I got 30 blue laced red Wyandotte eggs in the mail yesterday, so I'm setting these babies today! I also have one egg from one of my blue partridge hens that I'm going to set today to check for fertility.

I got my new incubator

Thanks to JJ incubator suggestion it was right in Santa's price range. So I'll be setting 20 eggs tonight and hopefully the other 19 will hatch healthy on New Years in my homemade incubator

Not me! I'm still crossing my fingers that I've got some girls this time. 5 weeks plus 2 day sold & so far only 1 is crowing.

Everyone is laying eggs like crazy, though (well except for the 5 weeks old). I'm getting 80%+ daily with both buttons & coturnix, even with only having lights on for 12 hrs a day, tops.
