Chronic cough and wheezing

Yes! Yes yes yes! So wise. Gonna start now, gotta see if the link states how much individual. Spot on, thanks.

But I can't find how much daily for a single hen, sat 5cc?

There are many factors involved; temperature, activity, feeding, confined or not confined etc...it's not an exact science.
Normally one standard size hen drinks 2.1 cups of water a day. Sounds like alot, but we're not around to watch them all day when they drink water. Your best bet would be to make the one gallon mixture, pour half of it in a container and provide her the half gallon to drink.
Hopefully she is able to drink on her own. If not, you could run the risk of aspirating her using an eyedropper or needle-less syringe trying to give her that quantity of treated water per day, then there would be big problems.

So I have administered Tylan 50 1/2 cc for three days with no noticeable results, shall I not have seen improvement by now? She almosts appears worse. What's anybodies advise please.

You shouldve seen improvement by now if it were a bacterial respiratory type disease. It could be a fungal issue or virus in which antibiotics are ineffective.

All symptoms are back with a vengeance, do I just have to cull? If Tylan doesn't work than what??????
