Congrats everyone!

As of this afternoon, still nothing here. I spent about 45 minutes after school just staring at them with the teacher. We both swear we saw 3 of them moving a little, 2 Cuckoo and 1 Partridge. Then again we spent 45 minutes staring at eggs, so how sane can we really be.

BEC - My DD was so pleased that the chicks had hatched. We spent an hour waiting for the others but not much luck. I assisted with the other two. They are doing well. Boy, they make a lot of noise! I am surprised at how long it takes them to dry. I didn't think that it would be this long. Chick 1 from this morning is still wet in some spots. Hoping to move them to brooder in morning. Then it's cleaning and off to batch two. I think I will try to have these hatch over the weekend!

No Cinco De Mayo eggs...

Keep me updated. It must be fun to watch your hen hatch her own eggs. I have one that is on egg 7. Hoping that she will sit. If not, my Brahm hen might. I don't think she'll mind.

Keep me posted all! You all have been a great support. I guess it's time to move to "Raising Chicks". LOL
