Cinnamon Glazed Pecans

Well, I whipped up another egg, and added the pecans back to the egg white and with the proper amount, 1cup. of sugar. So ill try that if that doesnt work. Ill just have to try it another time.

So what're you going to do w/ them? I hope you didn't throw them out? You could grind them up in a food processor (or whatever you have) and use as a topping on ice cream. Add to a crumble mixture on top of muffins and quick breads.

Mix w/ a crust recipe for a pie or cookie bars!

sprinkl on top of a casserole even! Or make some nut encrusted chicken?

guess that's all I can think of for now! I hope you didn't toss 'em!
