Cinnamon queen with enlarged crop and head jerk

I treated her for the crop about a month ago and everything seemed better. But last week the crop enlarged again and she now has a head jerk from side to side I am thinking pendulous crop but I dont know about the jerk. She is eating drinking pooping and acting normal not sure about laying. What I have read is that the crop wont go to normal size Not sure what to do

I would recommend crating her with water containg vitamins and electrolytes, and no feed until the crop goes down. Massage the crop several times a day. You can try either some doccusate sodium capsules (stool softener,) a 1/4 tsp of castor oil, or some molasses to try to get things moving along.
