So what is wrong with the generating small shocks? Alexis can Generate and control magnetic fields. This is not so much of a difference. )
((I really am not questioning your rules or that you are in charge...I just want to know your opinion, and why.))

(I agree with Silver. The electric shocks could be caused by small amounts of electric eel DNA added to his genetic make up. The same way Jade's skin color/texture change could be caused by octopus DNA.)

((But can he not have had electric eel DNA implanted into his genetic makeup? If you will read his profile, you will see that this power is VERY limited. Could you please consider allowing him to have this ability? I will not ask again if you say no. I promise...I will find something else for him to have...it's just kinda hard to find anything else.))

(um, I'm with you guys with the whole DNA thing. We should be able to have powers that comes from animals, like electric eels, octopus, and other things..... But like mantha said before, I had already asked for the skin's color/texture changing mutation.... Sorry.)
