City, Suburb, or country?

One farm in the village limits of a small town (300 people) and one ranch in the country --operate about 2000 acres of pasture, crop land, and shelter belts.

Hunderds of beef cattle. Plus lots of other hoof stock- alpacas, llamas, camels, zebra, donkeys of all sizes, mini horses, quarter horses, appaloosa horses, mini cattle, long horn cattle, etc

At least a couple thousand birds plus exotic animals.

It WAS country... when I was a girl. About 15 years ago they finished the 215/15 interchange which ties San Diego to LA & the rest of the state. Town of a thousand and the area now have popularions of 500,000 all McMasions, about 90% commute 2 hours to LA or SD. Moving further out to the country, but no sure how much longer it'll be country.
