Is there any way to keep urban heritage turkeys in a large yard with chickens in the city? Would there be issues with noise? Smell?

Turkeys are very loud and I imagine aren't allowed by most zoning and town codes. They are also very susceptible to a disease called Blackhead that chickens carry, chickens are immune but it will kill turkeys.

I live in a subdivision I have a tom and 2 hens I've had up to 6 turkeys and 12 chickens at one time here. Now I have 8 chickens with them. But hatching out about 30 turkeys the next fee weeks. My tom gobbles constantly even called in a wild hen this spring that the neighbors got a kick out of. Some hens are louder than others both of mine are nesting so they're quite for now. Well ones nesting ones sitting on a bantam silkie that's sitting on straw. I dunno I just go with it.
